Un gruppo pi\u00f9 ristretto \u00e8 composto da <b>agronomi, consulenti<\/b>e professionisti che operano all\u2019interno delle filiere campi:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Gli attrezzi manuali<\/b> are incredibly common but <b>la zappa<\/b> is the undisputed protagonist.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>Tra le macchine di piccole dimensioni<\/b> molti agricoltori hanno selezionato: <b>rototillers (fresa), flail mower (trincia)<\/b>\u00a0e <b>la motozappa<\/b> come strumenti maggiormente utilizzati per gestire il suolo e la biomassa.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Alcuni stanno sperimentando <b>strumenti rigenerativi<\/b> come la <b>Grelinette (forca bio)<\/b> \u2014 un segnale del crescente interesse per pratiche rispettose del suolo.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Un piccolo gruppo ha dichiarato di lavorare esclusivamente <b>a mano<\/b>, a testimonianza della persistenza del <b>lavoro manuale e dei metodi tradizionali<\/b> nella regione.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Questa diversit\u00e0 di strumenti riflette sia le difficolt\u00e0 che la \"creativit\u00e0\" dell\u2019agricoltura nel Sud Italia, dove l\u2019innovazione spesso coesiste con la resilienza e un forte senso di appartenenza al territorio.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1617\" riguardo alla sostenibilit\u00e0 a lungo termine delle pratiche agricole attuali. <br \/>La principale preoccupazione? <br \/>L\u2019 <strong data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1461\">impatto delle sostanze chimiche<\/strong> (in particolare fertilizzanti e pesticidi) sulla <strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1529\">salute del suolo<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1550\">sulla qualit\u00e0 del cibo.<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1717\">Altri temi ricorrenti sono la <strong data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1673\">perdita di nutrienti nei cibi<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1716\">la pressione economica derivante dai costi degli A smaller group includes agronomists, consultants, and those working in agricultural supply chains. What emerges clearly from the data is a strong connection to the land and a preference for tools that are practical, low-impact, and suited to small- to medium-scale production.
